[criminal power] On August 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging private documents at the Incheon District Court on August 23, 2013, and on September 4, 2014, the same court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud and completed the execution of the sentence on April 17, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

On May 2015, the Defendant issued a certificate of personal seal impression, a certificate of seal impression, and a resident registration certificate to C, and was provided for the use of DNA-free vehicles and Efaco vehicles owned by C for business purposes, on the ground that the Defendant stated, “A” to “A high-speed passenger vehicle and Efaco vehicles owned by C, for which the establishment of a juristic person is difficult due to bad credit holder for three months, and if credit is recovered after three months, the name of the representative of the juristic person is transferred to B, and the credit is returned to B when it is recovered after the end of three months.”

As above, the Defendant issued a personal credit card in the name of C with the certificate of the personal seal impression, seal imprint, and resident registration certificate of C, and C used the high-pollution vehicle as collateral with C’s loan in the name of C.

1. On September 2, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document and the display of the falsified Investigation Document, on September 2, 2015, on the part of the company G office located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant, without authority, stated the essential entry in the Hyundai Card membership application form as name “C,” mobile phone H, settlement account “National Bank,” account number I, workplace name G on the selective entry, position G, position representative, workplace address address “Y building in Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon,” and forged C’s application form in the name of the applicant/depositor for the purpose of exercising the seal impression of C prior custody on the name of the deposit owner, and then signing one copy of the Hyundai Card membership application form in the name of C, which is a private document on the rights and obligations.

The defendant is aware of the forgery of a forged modern card membership application at the above time and place.
