The Defendant was a member of the IMO “IDB” on a earth disc, and even if no one has distributed obscene images through an information and communications network, on August 2012, the Defendant distributed obscene images through an information and communications network by posting “IDB”, a obscene video product held by the Defendant, “IDB - IDB later,” and “IDB” on the earth disc site.
