1. The appeal by the plaintiff (appointed party) and the remaining designated parties is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff (Appointed Party).

Reasons

1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance, except in the following cases. Thus, it shall accept this by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

[Supplementary Use] Part 2 of Part 15 of Part 2 is as follows: “The amount of dividends to the Defendant is KRW 88,00,000,00, the amount of dividends to the Appointed E is KRW 20,603,547, the amount of dividends to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is KRW 20,854,893, the amount of dividends to the Appointed Party A is KRW 5,168,328,” and the amount of dividends to the Appointed Party A is as KRW 16,17 in Part 16,17.

The term "Plaintiffs" in Chapters 2 through 6 shall be deemed to read "Plaintiffs, etc.", "Plaintiff D" to read "Plaintiffs," "Plaintiff E" to read "Appointed E," and "Plaintiff A" to read "Appointed A."
