1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 138,724,049 and KRW 138,723,723 among them, from April 9, 2015 to January 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: To describe the cause of claim in the attached payment order application form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: The defendants, after being served with the complaint of this case (the original copy of payment order) and did not appear on the date of pleading, since they did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting the reply or legal brief stating specific means of defense. Thus, all of the plaintiff's allegations shall be deemed to have been led pursuant to Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
