On September 29, 1998, the Plaintiff acquired credit against the Defendants (the credit granted by the above bank under the joint and several surety of Defendant A pursuant to the loan transaction agreement between Han-il Bank and the defendant company on August 14, 1997, and August 29, 1997) from Han-il Bank (the credit granted by the above bank under the joint and several surety of the above bank on August 29, 1997) against the Defendant Company under Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act against the Defendant Company of Article 208(3) of the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2004Kahap35071, which the Plaintiff received as to the above credit.
