Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. After receipt of psychotropic drugs sent to Korea by C (one-name “D”) residing in China, the Defendant: (a) partially philophones had the Defendant; and (b) conspired with C and E to deliver part of the psychotropic drugs to E residing in China.
As a result, C concealed approximately 28g (No. 1-4) of philophones in the door, and disguiseded them by international mail, and sent them to the Rophones or the CA139 air services, around April 24, 2015, around 14:30 of the same day, at around 14:30 of the same day, through the Gangseo-gu Seoul Airport Customs Search Team located in the airport of Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
On April 25, 2015, the Defendant received postal items with approximately KRW 28g of philophones from Macheon-si F on April 25, 2015.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C and E to import phiphones from China.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. At around 03:00 on April 17, 2015, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.6 g of philophones on a gambling place and in a manner that inhales the smoke in coconcing it by attaching a fire.
B. Around 04:00 on April 20, 2015, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in the second floor room in which E residing in Suwon-si G, Suwon-si, in a manner of raising about 0.2 g of philophones on a gambling place, attaching a fire, and inhaleing the smoke in the joint.
