Basic Facts
A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who concluded an insurance contract for business-use cars with respect to B and Clate vehicles owned by it (hereinafter “first vehicle”) with the insurance period from October 30, 201 to October 29, 201.
B. At around 16:50 on May 24, 201, D, an employee of B, driven the instant vehicle No. 1 and proceeded with the intersection in front of the Kaamba in the Haamba-gun, Haamba-gun, which was located in the Haamba-gun, from the Kaamba-gun, to the left side of the instant Kaamba-gun, without properly examining the front side and the left side of the instant Kaamba-gun. On the left side of the said vehicle, D, an employee of B, was going to the Kaamba-2 vehicle (hereinafter “the instant 2 vehicle”), which the Defendant driven by the said amba-turn, was found late after the Kaamba-An (hereinafter “the instant 2 vehicle”), and turned to the right side of the instant 2 vehicle, but did not avoid any conflicts.

E. After the instant traffic accident, the Defendant received hospital treatment at the Healthy University Hospital for 29 days from May 25, 2011 to June 23, 2011. From March 31, 2015, the Defendant received hospital treatment at the Hanyang University Hospital for 442 days in total. The details of the medical expenses paid by the Plaintiff to the medical institution in relation to each of the above treatment are as stated in the “detailed statement of the payment of medical expenses” in the attached Form.
