1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for 76,087,654 won and 50,000,000 won among them. < Amended by Act No. 1413, Apr. 3, 2019>
Reasons
1. In addition to the addition that the Plaintiff acquired credit card payment claim 15,669,887 won and damages for delay pursuant to the corporate card contract entered into with Defendant B around September 2013, as well as the addition that the Plaintiff acquired the claim, the indication of the claim is set forth in the grounds for the claim.
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”). 2. Judgment by public notice under applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
