Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On August 23, 2009, the Defendant operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance in the vicinity of the Tho-gu Tho-gu Tho-si Tho-si Tho-si, both of which around 16:28 on August 23, 2009, even though the Defendant was prohibited from operating the vehicle on the road.
