1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 95,36,610 and KRW 10,722,150 among them, per annum from February 9, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 95,36,610 won with 10,722,150 won per annum from February 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, 28.5% per annum from February 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, 24% per annum from February 9, 2018 to the date of full payment. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
