At around 2010, the Defendant: (a) removed B registration number plates attached to the above Orala while scraping the Daelim 90CC, purchased and used by the Defendant; (b) planned to attach the above number plate to the VD125 Orala that newly purchased and used.

1. Around October 2019, the Defendant illegally used air defense, and attached the B number plate to the back part of the VD125 Orala on the roads in front of Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them.

2. From October 2019 to November 26, 2019, the Defendant used the signs of public offices, which used the above VD125 Oba, attached the B registration number plate at Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, for unlawful use.
