Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (F, such as a camera, etc.) was committed by the Defendant, who operates a cafeteria in Gwangju Northern-gu E, concealed the camera in the cafeteria, in order to photograph videos containing physical parts, including the negative parts of women using women’s toilets, and concealed a camera that fabricated to be taken in a plastic gambling room in 2014 at a time in which women’s toilets are located in the cafeteria.
On April 16, 2014, the Defendant taken pictures of the parts that could cause sexual humiliation, such as the part of the victim G (e.g., 27 years of age), which was melted in a toilet using a cafeteria, which was hidden at a cafeteria around April 16, 2014, against his/her will, and the part that could cause sexual humiliation of 12 victims, including the victim G, including the victim G, from around that time until November 2015, respectively, by means of the aforesaid method, 17 times in total from that time, including the part of the attached Table 1.
