1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,932,700 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 28, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Plaintiff 2010 to September 19, 2017 supplied the Defendant with credit of fishery products equivalent to KRW 30,932,700 in total (the delivery date of a copy of the complaint - September 27, 2018). 2. Non-litigation judgment (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
