A. The facts stated in the separate sheet may be acknowledged either as a dispute between the parties or as a whole by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the statement in Gap evidence 1 to Gap evidence 4.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed amount or statutory delay damages calculated by applying the rate of 12% per annum from December 31, 2014, to March 9, 2015, which is the last delivery date of payment order, and from March 9, 2015, to 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.

2. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is accepted in entirety.
