The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The Defendant is under the influence of liquor around 00:40 on August 12, 2019, the victim D (n, 41 years of age) and Si expenses in front of the C cafeteria located in Daegu Northern-gu B.
Two times of his cell phone with his own cell phone period, and one time of his hair respectively, violence was committed.
2. Public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act) constitutes a crime of non-prosecution. According to the records, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed because the defendant and the victim do not want the punishment of the defendant.
