The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 13, 2017, around 02:30 on June 13, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at two times on the hand floor on the ground that the victim’s age 36 years old and talked with the victim D36 years old in Suwon-gu B, Busan, and that the victim her re-satisfy and well-beingd.
2. The case is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim can be acknowledged as having withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant on June 27, 2017. Thus, the prosecution against the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
