1. The Plaintiff, among the 218m2 and 377m2, Defendant B among the 3/17m2, Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, and I, respectively.
Reasons
1. On August 22, 1997, the Plaintiff purchased each of the real estate listed in the Disposition No. 1 from the deceased L with an indication of claim amounting to 1.4 million won.
The Defendant, the heir of the deceased L on November 25, 2015, succeeded to each of the shares listed in the text of Paragraph 1. As such, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership due to the above sale of each of the above real estate to the Plaintiff.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
