Defendant

A is a person who actually operates Company B in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and Defendant B is a corporation established in the above place for the purpose of manufacturing, such as galivation and safety.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 6, 2010, the Defendant: (a) while exporting and re-importing raw and secondary materials in Korea to China, filed an import declaration at a price lower than the actual price; (b) while being subject to punishment for breach of the Customs Act if he/she evades customs duties by either filing an import declaration at a price lower than the actual price; (c) on January 6, 2010, the Defendant filed an import declaration at the Busan Customs office with D, filed an import declaration at a low price of KRW 47,520, and filed an import declaration at KRW 27,520, but the actual transaction price was lower than KRW 20,520, and subsequently filed at KRW 945,528; and (d) filed an import declaration at a lower price of KRW 41 until October 30, 2013; and (d) filed an import declaration at a lower price of KRW 360,380,780,360,380,360,3800,7,396,000.

B. In the course of entrusting the process of processing the sending volume in China, the Defendant, even though being aware of the fact that the Defendant was punished, by filing an import declaration that exported the raw materials of the sending volume in Korea without establishing the new materials of the sending volume, imported them from the foundation in China, and then imported them into the foundation in Korea, and received the reduction or exemption of customs duties.
