A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;
A. On August 18, 2016, at around 07:17, the Defendant, along with C, reported the network from the front side of the above parking lot office, and C cut off the locks of the above parking lot office entrance, cut the locked, and carried the cash of the victim in the front page, with one verification color tag equivalent to KRW 200,000, market price of KRW 100,000, and one resident registration certificate.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.
B. At around 01:00 on August 23, 2016, the Defendant, along with C, reported the network in front of the above real estate by the victim BL operated by Jinju, and C cut off the locks of the above real estate entrance, cut off the entrance door of the above real estate, and had four galtho-o-o-o-galth-o-galth-o-galth-o-galth-o-o-galth-o-galth-o-galth-o-galth-o-galth-o-none, 18 KNN-o-o-k, agricultural credit card, and 1 community credit card.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.
2. On August 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, along with C, presented the said BL’s Agricultural Credit Card (BL) at the 2P convenience store operated by the victim BN in Jin-si, as described in paragraph 1(b), to BR as an employee of the above convenience store, and the Defendant, as if the Defendant was a legitimate licensee of the said card, induced the said BR as if he was the legitimate licensee of the said card, received 1 AR of 4,500 won of the market price from the said BR, received the stolen credit card, and used the stolen credit card, from that time until 05:56 of the same day, by deceiving the victims by the same method six times in total, as in the list of crimes, and using the stolen credit card.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, deceiving victims of the property.
