The defendant shall pay 60,134,444 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 23, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

With regard to the purport of partial dismissal of a claim as to unjust enrichment of KRW 2.1 million stated in No. 12 of the table “unlawful enrichment against the Defendant’s hospitalized treatment,” among the grounds for claim changes, the evidence submitted alone is insufficient to acknowledge the Plaintiff’s assertion that the Defendant obtained a benefit equivalent to KRW 2.1 million of the insurance money payable without any legal cause due to excessive hospitalization, etc., and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
