On June 18, 2012, around 22:21, the Defendant driven a B-in vehicle with a distance of approximately KRW 700 meters from the home flus in front of the home flusium located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the front road of the same 531-9, Dong-dong at the same time as the blood alcohol concentration of 0.067%.
