The rental housing is to be granted as a loan of 5 billion won as a security, and the amount of 400 million won to be used as a bank loan and loan fee is to be granted first.” The Defendant received a copy of the deposit appraisal of the above rental house made by the appraisal team of the appraisal team of the Korea Appraisal Board of Scidong and delivered it to the above victim, and the Defendant received an application for the loan of rental house loan from the Korea Exchange Bank to the Korea Exchange Board of Korea.
