A. On July 26, 2004, the Defendant entered into an agreement on the use of credit card services (temporary payment, installment, cash service, card loan, etc.) with the F Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F Card”) and received and used a credit card from the F Card.

The overdue interest rate on the F Card's credit card product is 23.5% to 27.9% as of March 3, 2016.

B. After doing so, the Defendant did not pay the credit card price under the above credit card service use agreement.

F Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) entered into an agreement with G Co., Ltd. on January 27, 2006 and the agreement on the change of credit acquisition on January 1, 2017, respectively, and transferred credit to G under the said agreement on the use of credit card services.

The F Card notified the Defendant by content-certified mail on November 7, 2017.

C. After that, G entered into an asset transfer agreement with the Plaintiff on September 11, 2017, thereby transferring claims based on the instant credit card service use agreement to the Plaintiff. On May 4, 2018, G on behalf of G, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the said transfer by content-certified mail.

The amount of credit card payments under the credit card service use agreement as of June 18, 2018 is KRW 61,851,947 [the remaining principal = KRW 52,708,232 [the card loan loan of KRW 32,00,000 [the card loan of KRW 32,00,000]] as of March 31, 2018, the overdue interest remaining until March 31, 2018 6,462,816 won and overdue interest of KRW 2,680,89 won from April 1, 2018 to June 18, 2018 [the overdue interest of KRW 52,708,232 won x 709 days x 769 days x 365 days x 23.5 days x 23.5)];

2. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 61,851,947 with interest of KRW 52,708,232 from June 19, 2018 to the date of full payment.

3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
