The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On November 12, 2017, at around 03:38, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim E (the 22 years old) who was seated next to the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, on the ground that he/she requested the seat of the victim, but refused to do so.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On October 9, 2018, after the prosecution of this case, a written agreement that the victim E does not want punishment for the defendant must be submitted.
