However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a B Ors car.

On September 2, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 10:30 on September 22, 2015, and led the Defendant to proceed to the 7th parallel of the front string of the maart to the breadth from the west side of the arm's length.
