A. From October 16, 2013 to Plaintiff A, KRW 804,159, KRW 8,480,101, and each of the said money.

A. The Defendant is a company that produces and sells liquefied gas such as oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and arche. The Plaintiff A from around December 30, 199 to April 17, 2007; the Plaintiff B from around May 15, 2005 to November 26, 2008; the Plaintiff C from around January 10, 2003 to May 7, 2005 to as the operator of the Defendant’s liquefied gas transport vehicle; the Plaintiff B from around April 18, 2007 to around May 18, 2011; the Plaintiff C from around May 12, 2007 to around April 12, 2007 to around December 26, 2007 to the end of the consignment agreement with each of the Defendant, and the consignment agreement with the Plaintiff C (hereinafter “the consignment agreement”) was concluded with the Plaintiff 201.3.

B. The main contents of the instant transportation consignment agreement concluded between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant are as follows.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that the Plaintiff, etc. supplies safe transportation of liquefied gas products (carbons, nitrogens, and Rotten) produced or purchased by the Defendant using transportation equipment owned by the Defendant at places requested by the Defendant.

Article 2 (Duties of Plaintiffs, etc.) (1) The Plaintiff, etc. shall transport and deliver products to the customers of the defendant in good faith according to the direction of the defendant's transportation.

(2) After completion of carriage, the plaintiff et al. shall submit to the defendant all kinds of documentary evidence requested by the defendant, such as vehicle operation daily table, mooring table, and others.

③ When supplying gas to a customer, the Plaintiff, etc. shall perform the duties directed by the Defendant in relation to the customer, including emergency measures, in the event of the safety inspection and gas problems of the customer.

(5) Where the plaintiff, etc. is unable to drive a vehicle daily or temporarily due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she shall have abundant gas transportation experience and qualifications.
