(However, “creditor” and “debtor” are deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor”. Meanwhile, at the first day of pleading of this case, the Plaintiff reduced the legal fixed interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, which is the basis for calculating damages for delay on the first day of pleading of this case.
