The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below's determination that the charged facts of this case are guilty is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating logical and empirical rules and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

The ground of appeal asserts that the illegality of the defendant's act constitutes an act that does not violate the social norms is dismissed, is not legitimate grounds of appeal, as it is alleged in the ground of appeal by the defendant, or by the court below that the defendant did not consider it as an object of judgment ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
