On November 23, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of approximately 2.5 km from the road surface in front of Sin Heung-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.195% during blood transfusion on November 23, 2017 to the road front of the station of Sinung-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
