1. The defendant's calculation sheet by annexed Form 2 for the remaining plaintiffs except for the plaintiffs listed in annexed Table 3 list.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company that manufactures and sells construction machinery, internal combustion engine parts, etc., and the plaintiffs are technical workers who work or worked in the defendant's workplace.

B. The main contents of the labor-management agreement, the rules of employment, and other relevant regulations that set the payment criteria when the Defendant pays wages to the Plaintiffs are as follows.

1) Article VII (Scope and Scope of Application) of the Agreement on the Wages and Collective Agreement 2012 applies to companies, unions, and technical staff members. Article 35 (Definition of Wages) The Company shall classify the wages of members into ordinary wages and average wages as follows: 1. Ordinary wages refer to basic wages and allowances (deficiencies, hazards, management, legal qualifications, legal qualifications, driver’s license and family allowances). Article 36 (Allowances) Company shall pay allowances to members according to separate standards for payment:

1. The Company shall pay a bonus of 700 per annum to its members in technical service in accordance with the performance of business.

Provided, That the standards for payment separately determined shall apply to the members of the technical staff who are 58 years of age and commissioned.

2. The payment deadline shall be the last day of December and the anniversary of the establishment of a company, and the portion relating to the extension of the retirement age shall be determined separately; and

3. Payment of bonuses to persons under one year of continuous service shall be as follows:

Under 50% (number of days of actual service days) of the base amount of at least 6 months and less than 100% of the base amount of at least 3 months and less than 75% of the base amount of less than 6 months and less than 3 months;

4. The standards for the payment of bonuses to employees shall be the basic salary, family allowances, continuous service allowances, and 30 hours in ordinary service; and

Article 39 (Date of Payment of Wages) On a regular basis, members of a monthly wage system shall be the 25th day of each month and the 7th day of the following month for members of a Si wage system.

Provided, That if the payment date is a holiday (including a holiday), it shall be on the day preceding such holiday.

Article 42 (Retirement Allowances)

1. The Company shall separately determine with respect to retired persons;
