2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. On March 15, 1989, Plaintiff B and Nonparty B entered into a lease agreement with respect to the part of the instant building F, which was owned by Plaintiff B, with the condition that KRW 3 million lease deposit and KRW 150,000 per month of rent, and G used the said part of the instant building since that time. In addition, Plaintiff B and G entered into a lease agreement with respect to the part of the instant building owned by Plaintiff B as to September 9, 1996, with the condition that KRW 40 million lease deposit and KRW 280,000 per month of rent. Since that time, Plaintiff B and Nonparty H used the said part of the building. On June 10, 1997, Plaintiff B and Nonparty H concluded a lease agreement with respect to the said part of the building as KRW 20 million lease deposit and KRW 280,000 per month of rent.

The owner of the instant F building was changed to the owner of the instant F building, and the instant F building was unregistered on the ground of the F land at the time of the Gu Government, and the owner of the said F land and its ground building was changed from the Plaintiff B to the Plaintiff A.

C. On July 1, 2014, Plaintiff B and Defendant C entered into a lease agreement with respect to the instant building part of the instant building with the following terms: (a) KRW 40 million; (b) KRW 500,000,000 per month; and (c) from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015; and (b) the term of the lease agreement entered into between Plaintiff B and Defendant C into a special agreement with the following terms: (c) “This agreement is currently leased in the name of G, but is in the name of G, and the lessee is transferred to G, while moving the business to G,” and (d) Plaintiff A and Defendant D entered into the lease agreement with the owner of the instant building in the name of G as of July 1, 2014, while entering into the lease agreement with the owner of the instant building from July 1, 2014 to July 30, 2015.
