The Plaintiff’s claim for the payment of a loan against the Defendant (the Plaintiff waived the part on the claim for payment of a loan of KRW 10,000,000 on July 10, 2006, for which the extinctive prescription has lapsed at the first date for pleading) by applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by service by public notice) of the Act on the Civil Procedure for the applicable provisions of Acts.
