1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest thereon from August 8, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On June 8, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) lent KRW 50,00,000 to Defendant B at an annual interest rate of 25% (27.9%); (b) received a certificate of loan; and (c) Defendant C guaranteed the above obligation; and (d) the Plaintiff sought payment of the said loan principal and interest against the Defendants.
