1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,729,380 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. From June 15, 2015 to November 27, 2016, the Plaintiff leased KRW 62,626,060 to the Defendant for the money for the purchase of swimming houses. Since the Defendant paid only KRW 29,896,680 among them, and did not pay the remainder of KRW 32,729,380, the Plaintiff sought a judgment identical with the disposition.
