1. The Defendant: KRW 33,839,520 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from October 31, 2018 to April 5, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. The part on which the statutory interest rate exceeds the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019 among the damages for delay pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019).
