1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 245,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 9, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On October 12, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) lent a total of KRW 245,000 to the Defendant; and (b) on October 12, 2013, the Defendant agreed to repay the loan by December 30, 2013 while preparing a loan certificate to the Plaintiff; (c) the Plaintiff sought the payment of the loan to the Defendant by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
