Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant assaulted J and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on 112 reported dispatch duties.

3. On August 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury with a deadly weapon, etc.) at the house of the victim C (the age of 49) located in the Busan Young-gu K around 17:20.
