1. The Defendant’s payment order against the Plaintiff was based on the payment order for the purchase price in Suwon District Court 201Hu4660.

Reasons

1. On the basis of the Defendant’s claim, the Suwon District Court rendered a judgment denying compulsory execution based on the above payment order, since the period of extinctive prescription has already expired even if the Defendant’s claim was based on the Defendant’s claim on the payment order in the payment order for the purchase price case from Sung-nam Branch of the Suwon District Court (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
