1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 90,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 16, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Around April 12, 2019, the Plaintiff did not dispute between the parties who leased KRW 90 million to the Defendant as of May 20, 2019, or was recognized by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the entries and arguments in subparagraph 1. The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as of July 16, 2019 to the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, as sought by the Plaintiff, as the Plaintiff seeks.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
