A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of six months.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant used the PC and received food orders without any intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she consumes food. From September 20, 2013 to September 24, 2013 to September 24, 2013, if he/she used the PC from the “GPC” operated by the Victim F in Suwon-si E from September 20, 2013 to September 24, 2013, he/she received food orders, such as ordering him/her to receive food, and then, he/she did not pay KRW 51,00,000 of the price and acquired the pecuniary profit equivalent to the above amount.

B. Around 14:00 on October 24, 2013, the Defendant entered a warehouse managed by the victim I from Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and intruded into the building managed by the victim, through an unrecovering door. Around October 14, 2013, the Defendant had six computer monitors worth a total of 1.2 million won of the market price of the said victim’s possession, which was kept in the said warehouse, and stolen it.

C. Around October 18:30 on October 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered each night building thief; (b) had 18,4460,00 won in total; and (c) had 18,000,000 won in a computer; and (d) had 2 air-conditionings, which were located in the said warehouse; and (e) had 18,4460,00 won in total.

(2) On October 28, 2013, around 06:30 on October 28, 2013, the Defendant entered the said warehouse through a door that was not corrected and stolen the fire extinguisher 24, 180,000 won in total, the market value of the victim’s possession, which was kept in the said warehouse, with 1180,000 won, P/T-si 8, and Hand-Hand truck.

2. Defendant B

A. On October 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around October 24, 2013; (b) on October 24, 2013, the Defendant: (c) on the part of the Defendant who was under the J of Suwon-si, Suwon-si on the part of the Defendant, at around 14:30, the Defendant’s possession of stolen

B. 6 computer monitors equivalent to 1.2 million won at the market price of the victim I who stolen as described in the paragraph, were thought to have been stolen, but they were purchased at 36,000 won and acquired stolen goods.
