However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On June 6, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.189% during blood transfusions at around 17:35, and continued to drive the car before the D Hospital located in Ansan-si C, Ansan-si.

Since there was an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaged in driving service by checking the right and the right.

Nevertheless, while neglecting this, the Defendant was driven by the Defendant’s negligence while driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above and was driven by the victim E (27 tax) who was standing in the signal atmosphere from the front side of the Defendant, and received the rear part of the FG car as the front part of the Defendant’s car above.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, driven a car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as salt ties, tensions, etc., which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, to the said victim E, the said victim G (30 Do), and the victim H (56 Do) who was boarding the said golf car.

2. Around June 17:35, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-be motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.189% from the 13km section to the D Hospital located in the Dong-gu, Ansan-si from the front side of the mutual influence restaurant at the lower time of light to the front side of the D Hospital located in the Dong-gu, Ansan-si.
