Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle with DD bid.
On December 18, 2015, around 18:30 on Jeju Island, the Defendant proceeded along the three-lanes around the intersection of the Dodong-gu, 7714, along the two-lanes along the direction of the Dodong-gu, Jeju Island.

2. Defendant B is a person engaged in driving a FK3 car.
