A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,00, and a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. A around May 23, 2012, Defendant A was involved in a traffic accident before the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Youth Training Center. In such a case, even though Defendant A suffered minor damage with the knowledge that an insurance company to be hospitalized at a hospital would be able to receive any more traffic accident agreements and long-term insurance money, etc., but he/she neglected it and attempted to acquire insurance money by deceiving the insurance company as if the insurance company was actually hospitalized.

The above Defendant had received only 11 medical treatment from “Ean Council member” located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, from May 27, 2013 to June 18, 2013, and had not received substantial hospitalized treatment due to his/her life without differences between ordinary time and common time, such as drinking during the period of hospitalization.

Nevertheless, the above Defendant, who had been employed in the “E Council” as if he had been hospitalized in a normal course during the period of hospitalization, had the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., the victim’s Dong Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., the victim interesting fire insurance Co., Ltd., the victim Hanhwa Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., and the victim Hanhwa Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. submit a medical certificate and a statement of claim for medical expenses, etc., and claimed insurance

Accordingly, the above Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victims as above; (b) received KRW 2,113,370 as the name of treatment expenses on June 19, 2013 from the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.; (c) KRW 3,000,00 as the agreed amount on August 1, 2013 from the victim Dong Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.; (d) KRW 540,00 as the long-term insurance proceeds on July 11, 2013 from the victim Dong Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.; (e) KRW 810,00 as the long-term insurance proceeds on July 12, 2013; and (e) KRW 6,713,370 as the long-term insurance proceeds from the victim Han Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. on July 11, 2013 from the victim Han Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.

2. Defendant B, the above Defendant around February 5, 2012, sublime, Nam-gu, Incheon.
