1. The defendant shall pay 154,000,000 won to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On September 6, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with C and D by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 154,00,000, and the period of November 13, 2018 with respect to subparagraph H of building E and F ground G buildings. The Defendant succeeded to the status of the lessor as the owner of the above real estate on November 21, 2017. The Plaintiff sought the return of the lease deposit on the ground of the expiration of the lease term.
