A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

[2] Defendant B is the owner of the “K Smarket” located in G, H, I, and J (hereinafter “K Smarket”) in G, H, and Defendant B’s creditor from September 201, who occupied, managed, and operated the instant Schlage from around 201.

1. Defendant B, upon the occurrence of a dispute over the instant Schlage’s operating right, had the Defendant thought that he actually occupied the instant Schlage by using the unmanned guard system master card of the instant Schlage in his possession.

On February 7, 2012, at around 00:35, the Defendant opened a door with the unmanned security system Mick Card which was arbitrarily possessed by ordinary people by means of any cresh and intruded into the building.

2. Defendant A, the Defendant

A. At around 22:00 on February 8, 2012, B, as described in paragraph 1, occupied after replacing the Schlage's entrance stop structure, and in order to recover the possession again, L, etc. used h, etc. to cause damage to KRW 600,000,00 in the market price of the major oil hold at the entrance of the instant Schlage, and intruded into the instant Schlage.

As described in Paragraph B, the entrance was closed, and the entrance was prevented from entering the instant Schlage, thereby obstructing B’s operation of the instant Schlage by force.

[Defendant B]

1. On May 15, 2012, from around 10:00 to around 10:30 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with business operation: (a) opened the entrance at the first floor of the NA (the changed trade name of the instant Schlage) of the operation of the GYM in the GGM from around 10:00 on May 15, 2012; (b) obstructed tobacco; and (c) opened the victim L, who is an employee, etc. to the place of business, and (d) opened the door to the customers who want to enter the place of business.

A currently in operation is an illegal Schlage.
