The main contents of the above business agreement are as follows. Article 3 (Business Method) ① The land in the name of the Defendant shall conduct the project, and the Defendant shall conduct the project as a joint business proprietor. Article 4 (Raising Funds): The Defendant’s Funds: Article 5 (Distribution of Funds): 1.6 billion won (Distribution of Funds): (1) The Defendant shall preferentially receive dividends of KRW 1.6 billion within one to two months after July 6, 2015. Article 6 (Disposition of Taxes and Taxes) ① The amount of land arising under the name of C, taxes and public charges imposed in connection with the land, and financial expenses shall be borne by C. Article 7 (Cancellation of Agreement) and the Defendant may terminate the business agreement in the following cases. ② The Defendant shall not pay dividends agreed upon to the Defendant by February 28, 2016 to the seller of forest land and transfer the right to the said land to C on the date of completion of the registration of transfer of ownership transfer.
