1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
On May 12, 2016, pursuant to Articles 117(1), 117(2), and 120 of the Civil Procedure Act, this Court issued ex officio an order to provide the Plaintiff with security for the costs of lawsuit, and the said order was served on the Plaintiff on May 19, 2016.
However, since the plaintiff did not provide the security within the period specified in the above order to provide the security, it is so decided as per Disposition by the court below to dismiss the lawsuit of this case without pleading pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure
