1. The remaining amount of 576m2 in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, which is put up for an auction and deducts the auction expenses from the proceeds of the sale.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff and Defendant B shared 179/576 shares, respectively, and Defendant C shared 218/576 shares, with respect to the area of 576 square meters in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
B. The Plaintiff and the Defendants did not reach an agreement on the division of co-owned property pertaining to the pertinent land.
2. Judgment on deemed confessions of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
