(a) The net AB, the net AC, the net AD, and the net AE shall be the clan members of the plaintiff clan;

B. On June 15, 1971, each of the real estates listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estates”) was completed in the name of the network AB, network AC, network AD, network AE, and network AE, respectively.

C. The deceased on June 7, 2007, and the deceased on June 7, 2007, and the heirs are Defendant C, D, E, F, G, and H, the spouse of the deceased.

In full view of the facts found in Gap evidence No. 4 and the overall purport of the pleadings, the plaintiff recognized that the real estate of this case was trusted to the deceased AB, the deceased AC, the network AD, and the deceased AE, and when the copy of the complaint of this case containing the declaration of termination of the above title trust and the application form for modification of the purport and cause of the claim were delivered to the defendants, the above title trust was legally terminated.

(B) The Defendants submitted a written reply, but the remaining Defendants except the above Defendant did not answer. Therefore, the Defendants shall implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer based on the termination of title trust on April 3, 2020, which is the date of the final delivery of the purport of the claim and the copy of the application for change of the cause of claim, concerning the pertinent co-ownership share based on their respective shares of inheritance among each of the instant real estate.
