At around 09:20 on July 18, 2016, Defendant A: (a) at the site of “the replacement construction of the E E Electric Innick Line”; (b) at the scene of the Victim F (the age of 45), Defendant A removed existing electrical lines connecting the second floor of the G church building with the neighboring electric poles (the 14m cable); and (c) installed new electrical entrance lines (25m cable) and connected them; (d) in order to replace a low-tension line, Defendant A shall stop the electricity and work after blocking the electric power; and (e) if the electric wires are to work in active line without blocking the electric power, there is a risk of an electric shock accident to workers who work on the opposite side at the time of connecting the said cable to the electric poles; and (e) prior to the connection of the electric wires, Defendant A’s construction of the said electric wires by failing to properly check whether the new electric wires were connected with the victim’s safety equipment, such as extinguishing, extinguishing, and extinguishing the electric wires, without due care to prevent the occurrence of the new electric wires by negligence.
